Privacy Policy
1. In short
- No accounts, no ads. Tiles, notes, tasks and settings are stored locally in your browser and never sent to us.
- Our server only receives what the Pro licence needs (key and a random installation ID) and your e-mail address if you give it (purchase, “AI coming soon” list).
- Some features call third-party services (weather, exchange rates, etc.) – only when you use them, and listed below.
2. Controller
The controller of data handled by our licence server, website and e-mail delivery is the entity named at the bottom of this page. Privacy contact: [email protected].
3. Data kept only on your device
Tiles, groups, notes, tasks, habits, settings, custom backgrounds and thumbnails live in the extension storage of your browser (chrome.storage). We cannot access them. Uninstalling the extension deletes them. If you use sync (Pro), settings travel through Chrome Sync on your Google account (chrome.storage.sync) – not through our server.

We do not profile, sell data or use it for advertising. Licence data is kept while the licence is active and afterwards as long as the law or defence of claims requires. We delete an address from the “AI coming soon” list on request and after the feature launches and the announcement is sent.
5. Recipients (processors)
- Paddle.com Market Ltd – Merchant of Record: handles payment, taxes, invoices and refunds. Paddle is an independent controller of payment data: paddle.com/legal/privacy. We never see your card number.
- Cloudflare, Inc. – site protection and the licence server (Cloudflare Workers and KV storage).
- Resend – delivery of the licence key e-mail.
- Website hosting – hosting provider in Poland (cyber_Folks).
Some providers may process data outside the EEA on the basis of standard contractual clauses or other GDPR transfer mechanisms.
6. Third-party services used by the extension
The extension contacts these services only when you turn the related feature on. Host permissions are optional and requested separately by Chrome.

Each service sees your IP address, as with any internet connection, and has its own privacy policy.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent (without affecting earlier processing). Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, uodo.gov.pl).
8. Cookies and tools on the website
speeddialmax.com uses no advertising or analytics cookies. During checkout it loads the Paddle script (Paddle.js), which may set files needed for payment processing and fraud prevention.
9. Children
The service is not directed at anyone under 16.
10. Changes
We will announce material changes on this page and in the extension listing. The date above shows the current version.
