Terms of Service

Effective 2026-10-21 · Speed Dial Max and the Pro subscription

1. Definitions

Provider – the entity named at the bottom of this page. Extension – Speed Dial Max, a Chrome browser extension. Pro – the paid bundle of extra features. Key – the licence code in the format SDM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Paddle – Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record.

2. The service

The Extension is free (Free). Pro unlocks the extra features listed at speeddialmax.com/en/pro. The split between Free and Pro may change; material restrictions on features you have already paid for will not apply to the period you paid for.

3. Purchase and payment

  • Purchases are made through Paddle, which is the seller of Pro, issues the invoice and handles taxes. Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms also apply.
  • Prices are in USD; taxes (VAT / sales tax) are added at checkout depending on your country.
  • Plans: monthly, yearly, and yearly “early bird” for the first 500 buyers (the price applies to renewals for as long as the subscription continues without a break). A 14-day trial may precede the first charge where shown at checkout.
  • The subscription renews automatically for the next period until cancelled. You can cancel any time (link in the Paddle e-mail or via support@); Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.

4. Licence and key

  • After purchase you receive a Key by e-mail. It grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Pro for the subscription period on up to 3 devices.
  • Do not publish or resell the Key. We may block a Key that is used excessively or against these Terms.
  • The Extension re-checks the licence with our server about every 7 days. Offline, Pro keeps working for up to 14 days after the last successful check.
  • When the subscription ends or is cancelled, the Extension returns to Free. Your locally stored data remains.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, bypass licence protections or disrupt the server. The Extension’s code and branding remain the Provider’s property; the code may not be copied or resold.

6. Refunds and withdrawal

The Refund Policy (30 days from payment) is a separate page. It does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee it (including outages at Chrome, Cloudflare, Paddle, weather and rate providers). The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. Towards business customers our liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months; for consumers, mandatory law applies, including liability for intentional damage. You are responsible for the content you enter (tiles, notes).

8. Personal data

See the Privacy Policy.

9. Complaints and contact

Complaints and questions: [email protected]. We reply within 14 days.

10. Governing law and disputes

Polish law governs, without depriving consumers of protection under the law of their country of residence. EU consumers can use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes

We announce changes on this page 14 days ahead unless required by law. A change does not apply to an already paid period if it makes your position worse.
