Tiles, notes, tasks and settings are stored locally in your browser. In Pro, once sync is turned on, settings are meant to sync through your Google account in Chrome.
Some features need access to the matching browser capabilities. For example, bookmark import needs access to bookmarks and saving sessions needs access to tabs. The request for optional access appears when you start that feature.
Yes, if you can export them to an HTML file. After the import, folders become groups and saved links become tiles.
The extension is designed for Chrome on computers. The layout adapts to the window size, but an adapted look does not mean the extension runs on a phone or tablet. The device and browser must support installing Chrome extensions.
Polish and English. Changing the interface language does not change the names of your tiles, tasks or the content of your notes.

The licence is verified about every 7 days. Without a connection, Pro features keep working for up to 14 days after the last successful check. Tools that fetch live data, such as weather or exchange rates, need the internet to refresh.
Features such as most visited sites, recently closed tabs and saved sessions use the relevant data the browser provides. It is handled locally and is not sent to us.
